At Express Painting LLC, we rarely have callbacks but be assured we will come back to fix your problem covered by our warranty. On a case-to-case basis, we even go beyond our warranty, which is solely up to the owner of Express Painting LLC. We only use name brand materials such as Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, and other products. Our prep work & paint/stain application are state of the art, which we believe are superior to our competitors. We offer a two-year guarantee on our work from date of completion. All materials and labor included. Our goal is a satisfied customer!

 

* The following is a list which of which is not covered by our warranty: moisture build up on horizontal services such as deck floors, tops of railings, galvanized surfaces, mildew previous coating failures such as mill glaze, delamination and bleeding knot holes.

 

* For this warranty to be valid, you must have:

•  A copy of the original contract.

•  A copy of your canceled check or proof of payment in full.
